Memorial Slideshow Maker is a web-based service that allows users to create memorial slideshow presentations. Users upload photos, provide information about their loved one, and receive an AI-generated PowerPoint (.pptx) file.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use this service only for creating memorial and tribute slideshows. You may not upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content. You must have the right to use all photos you upload.
3. Payment and Refunds
Payment is processed through Stripe. You can preview your slideshow for free before purchasing. Since the product is a digital download that you preview before purchasing, refunds are generally not available. If you experience technical issues, contact us for assistance.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your photos and personal information. The slideshow design, AI-generated text, and themes are provided under a license for personal use in memorial services. You may not resell or redistribute the generated slideshows commercially.
5. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to technical failures, data loss, or service interruptions. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific slideshow.
