• Photos you upload for the slideshow
• Information you provide about your loved one (name, dates, milestones, etc.)
• Your email address (if provided during checkout)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe; we do not store card details)
• Anonymous session data (browser cookie for 30 days)

How We Use Your Information

• To create your personalized memorial slideshow
• To process your payment via Stripe
• To send you a download link via email
• To maintain your session so you can return to your work

We do NOT use your information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose other than providing the service.

AI Processing

We use AI (Anthropic's Claude) to generate slideshow text, captions, and structure. Your information is sent to the AI service solely for this purpose. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Data Storage and Security

Photos are stored securely via Uploadthing. Slideshow data is stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information.

Data Retention

Session data and associated slideshows are retained for 30 days after last activity. Paid slideshows and associated photos may be retained longer to support the download link. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

Cookies

We use a single HttpOnly session cookie to maintain your anonymous session. This cookie contains a random identifier and expires after 30 days. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
